This bird is on the Endangered Species List. These appear to be a "family" bird. They may live in small groups. The mates will keep their children home in their nest about 2 years. Then they will start another addition to the family. They prefer to eat fruit, nuts, nectar and clay from the river banks. This bird grows to 35 inches. |
